We love to take this short 1.25 mile hike up the tower path to the Hubelien Tower. The hike itslef is steep, but gradual enough to allow even little ones success. Many people bring their dogs so there are plenty of distractions. Periodiically they have festivals to raise money for the upkeep of the trails and the tower. The tower was owned by the Hueblin family and there is much to learn about their history there as well as a gift shop. The views from the ridge are beautiful especially during foliage season. Be prepared to wait for a parking spot on gorgeous fall days!
