"Nice water/park"

This is one of the two water based parks in Redwood City, and IMHO the best.  The sand and water are pretty well separated (versus the setup of Stulstaft) and the play area is just as nice as the one in Ryder Park in San Mateo.  The water feature is just outside the play structure and can attract the older kids from local camps and schools so it is worth scouting out the best times for your age kids, but a fun place to get wet.
