What's not to love? Albert Pujols, amazing view of the Arch from your seat, one of the most well-known stadiums in the MLB, fantastic concession stands (I recommend the nachos!), Fred Bird, Build-A-Bear Workshop, fireworks, and so much more! The experience of going to a Cardinals game at Busch is something your family will treasure forever. Even parking is easy enough. There's a lot of different parking garages/lots surrounding the stadium, and the walk through downtown St. Louis is very pleasant.
If your family likes baseball, you can't do much better than Busch Stadium and the Cardinals! The stadium is new and the refreshment stands are everywhere and convenient. Plus, the fans are actually nice, midwest charm and hospitality I guess. Be sure to get there in time for batting practice and maybe get some autographs.
We are huge Cardinal fans and have a goal to see them play in every major league stadium. So far, no other stadium has come close to the awesome atmosphere at Busch!! My son loves the games(he's 1) and there are so many kid friendly things to do. Bleacher seats are cheaper and get you closer to the field than the higher balconies.
That's right! You don't have to be a baseball fan to enjoy baseball at Busch stadium! The stadium, though new, resembles an old time baseball stadium. The nostalgia of it is amazing! Go to enjoy the game, eat some nachos, hot dogs, or giant pretzels, and take in an amazing view of the arch! Enjoy yourself as you are surrounded by what has been called the greatest fans in baseball! There is great sportsmanship and an all around good time!
Make sure you check out the kids play area (very clean), and walk to the stadium to see all of the neat places they offer. Build a bear workshop is located inside where you can build your own fredbird, and there's also another shop on the other side of the stadium to buy game used, and some autographed memorabilia!
Enjoy!
This is a great way to spend your day. Even if you are not the biggest baseball fan, this is an experience to do. The stadium is very nice. It even has places for the kids to throw a baseball like the pitchers do and some other kid activities. The food is great, classic baseball game favorites...hot dogs, pretzels, peanuts, soda...just can't go wrong.
It's baseball, how can you go wrong. A cardinals game is a fantastic way to spend a day over the summer. Busch Stadium is a great ball park with tons of stuff to see and do. The cardinals are a storied franchise, that have numerous hall of famers and the second most world series championships. They are a great team with a great past. My son and I love to go the ball games. Totally worth it!
