Spring Down Equestrian Center

"Good place for little kids to learn to ride"

Spring Down has over 50 safe and well cared for horses on which your little equestrian can learn to ride.  The facility has a large covered arena, so even the rainy bay area winter's won't keep you away from the barn. It is very clean and well maintained.

Some of the instructors are better with kids than others.  Robin O. is exceptional.  She is young, friendly,and fun.  Gaby adores her!  

The one drawback to Spring Down is that they don't have little bitty ponies for young riders.  The new riders are put on very safe and quiet horses, but I wish they had a few tiny little ponies so the youngest riders don't feel so intimidated.
