"Wellll"

I loved Six Flags, when it was open. Even though they've had their share of mishaps...it's still a great park and I'm sad to see it closed. Rumors say it will be reopening, but I've yet to see anymore about it. I've grown up with Kentucky Kingdom, and I miss having an amuesment park so close to home. Hopefully someone will buy it up and get things rolling again. Not only is it great fun for the whole family, but it could create LOTS OF JOBS!

"Hate To See It Go"

Unfortunately this major attraction maybe nearing its last days. However it is still up and running with lots of fun. It has many great rides and lots of coasters. It is a fairly clean faciltiy. Nice places to eat. Maybe a little pricey but I don't know and park that isn't.

"Closed"

DO NOT COME FOR SIX FLAGS. It is closed and no longer available to the public.  State Fair Board is working on buying the rides, but for right now there is nothing working there!  Rides will only be available, possibly, during the State Fair in August.

"Okay for small kids"

Six Flags is like a typical amusement park. We took our two year old there and he enjoyed the children's part of the park, but there were not very many rides for his height. We also visited the water park and he loved that, even though it was extremely overcrowded. We did see a child without a swim diaper at one point and the crew there took care of that right away!

"Fun day"

You can definitely have a fun day at Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom.  The lines usually aren't too long (unless it's the Kentucky State Fair season).  And there is a wonderful and thrilling water park connected to it for those extremely hot summer days.  There are lots of fun roller coasters and everything that you would expect to find at a Six Flags amusement park.  I wouldn't recommend it for children under 7 years of age, however.
