Two playgrounds, one with a spraying water feature; a manmade brook flows through the park. Many picnic benches. Tennis courts and other activities available.
Runners and dog walkers were apparent on a weekday morning. There is a sizable pre-school here too. The park has play structures, and designated picnic table reserved sites under the shade. Tennis courts are here, as well as open space for frisbee throwing and kite flying.
Our last two visits to the park would have been better if there had been some water at this park, but they must still be cleaning or renovating the ponds and creeks. There is typically a little creek flowing through the length of the park that kids can play in, but a dry creek was no less fun for my 20 month old who enjoyed winding around the rocks as he followed the shallow path of the creek bed.
The park has several areas for barbecuing, and a two-level play structure in the shape of a boat which young kids can play in. We'll revisit this park again when the weather warms up to see if the water features are operational then.
