San Dimas Canyon Park

"Great Park, with some added bonuses."

This park is great!  The main park area has a giant lawn with multiple group picnic areas for gatherings or birthday parties.  It has a moderate size sand box area for little kiddos, and a very nice playground.   In addition, there is a nature center and petting zoo just north of the lawn.   And, if you go down the road for 1/4 mile there are horses to watch and a dog park with a little playground area.  Some friends and I took our toddlers and had a ball exploring the park and the area surrounding it.  

The restrooms are pretty typical for a public park, so don't expect too much.  But, they were clean.  

We saw families with kids of all ages enjoying themselves.
