"evolving"

first of all i want to let you guys know, kids might not ready for this museum yet. if your little ones under 7 or 8 years old i recommend natural history. then second thing, it is FREE in Tuesday!! yes same as most of the museum in balboa park it is free in tuesday. this museum shows you and your family the interesting aspect of being human, starting with cultures around the world that are being captured in paintings, instruments, ancient "appliances", even our skeleton evolution. there are special exhibits that you might want to check before you go to maximize your entrance fee into the museum. for children ( as i said before about 7-8 years and up) there are ongoing exhibition for them. interacting with one of the famous extinct culture in the world, the mummiessss. yeah my nieces love them. especially after watching tutankhamun in nickelodeon. they can also learn ho to translate the symbols (hieroglyphic) to english. "look auntie, it is a standing dog poking a bird" still the highlight of the day. the last thing i highly recommend, take a picture of the dome and the bell tower, of course with your family in it using tripod or calling a good samaritan around you might be easier.
