Safe and Fun Halloween Downtown

The Safe and Fun Halloween Downtown is so much fun!  You get the kids dressed up in their costumes and take them downtown to go trick-or-treating.  Most of the businesses have people sitting out front handing out candy to the kiddos.  They also have a costume parade around the fountain and a pumpkin carving contest.
