Sacramento Valley Live Steamers

We are a family organization dedicated to preserving the lore and history of American steam railroading with a large scale fully functioning steam engine and a railroad for children and adults alike to ride on and enjoy. Welcome to our railroad!  
You can take a scenic ride through the park with views of the American River on this local train. Our public rides are from Noon to 4 PM (weather permitting) on the first weekend (Saturday & Sunday) of the months from March through September. Donations are appreciated to help cover operating expenses.

School trips, Birthday parties, & Company events can reserve our facilities to have train rides and learn about steam engines, trains and railroading. To schedule an event please contact Clio Geyer at (916) 645-9154
