"It's quite pretty..."

I've been to Rio Vista Park twice now on two different occations now. The place is very pretty and had quite a bit to do if you're just looking for a place to hang-out and waste the day away. I took my two year old son both times and he had a blast playing in the splash water play area of the park as well as at the kiddie play area just a small walk from the splash area. I used the bathroom inside the rec-center to change my son out of his swim suit and it was made fairly easy. However, while at the park I do suggest one wear mostly closed toed shoes due to the birthday parties there is alot of ants around on the ground. However, I find that they seemed to just be within the picnic areas and not nessicarily the play areas themselves.
