"You MUST Go To A Concert Here!"

Red Rocks is THE best place to listen to your favorite band or artist.   It combines being outside with the beauty of Red Rocks and the music that you love perfectly!  You will have a bit more walking than if you were going to a concert at your local civic center or concert hall but it is well worth it!  You will also get to see the sunsetting over Denver while watching the concert.   One thing that isn't that great is the price for snacks and drinks.  That of course is where they hit you in the pocket book!  But if you go to just one concert in your life, make sure it is at Red Rocks just outside of Denver, CO.

"A nature experience for the whole family"

The Red Rocks Park & Amphitheater is a great place for the whole family to take in some incredible views, unique topography and fresh air. Take your young ones here in the late afternoon and let them run up and down the stairs to burn off some energy. If it wouldn't seem to bother others, sing together as a family - it sounds amazing!

"Must See"

This is one of our favorite places to go in Denver!  It is free, which is great, but it is a great way to be outside in nature and hike, have a picnic, watch the fire works, and even see a concert.  It is clean, and also people take good care of it.  The rocks are beautiful and breathtaking.  Our kids enjoy hiking around this too.

"stairs to explore"

My young boys enjoyed running up and down the stairs of the empty amphitheater.  The view of Denver and the Great Plains stretching into the distance, plus the amazing red rock formations surrounding the amphitheater made for an enjoyable visit.  There was also a visitor center to explore, and a pressed penny machine in the gift shop.  All around a great day trip (1 hour minimum).
