"Fun for older kids"
Whether you shop QVC or not, this is a great behind the scenes look at how QVC operates. You are given a guided tour around the building while learning the history of QVC, how it started and how it has grown into the business it is today. You learn how the sets are staged, how the host knows what to say, who is on the phone and more. The best part is, taping is live 24 hours a day so you are watching TV as it happens! You will even get to go out on the "catwalk" and be in the studio while they are filming.
Young kids may find this a bit boring and if they are unable to stay quiet will not be able to go out on the catwalk. My kids 7,9, 10 found it interesting and the first thing they did when they got home was tune into QVC. They loved knowing how what they were watching on TV all came to get there!
There is a QVC store onsite so you will be able to shop some of your favorite items as well!

"Fun with the Family"
The QVC cable home-shopping channel conducts a tour of its large studio complex. If you’re a fan of QVC, this tour is a must. If you’re not a QVC shopper, the tour offers an interesting look behind the scenes of TV production. The guided tour follows the path of a QVC product from sourcing, testing, and TV Presentation to home delivery. Overnight event packages are available.
