Tucked into a historic neighborhood, this hidden jewel makes for a great outing for kids ages 3 and up. See hundreds of all kinds of puppets, take in a monthly professional puppet or marionette show and if you have time ( for $5 extra) choose a puppet head, paint it, and they'll attach a body so you have a real professional puppet. Took my grandson and he simply adored his wolf puppet - then you can go into their theater  and stage an impromptu puppet show with other kids. A truly magical place. Regular admission just to see exhibits is a budget friendly $3 adults, $1.50 kids 16 and under.
