The only toys I ever buy for my child are educational toys that are of great quality. I'm one of those people that if a gift is not up to standard I WILL use the receipt to put the money towards something better.
Yes this store is expensive, but the toys are well worth it. My daughter is 2 1/2 and I love going to this store to find items to teach her with. And they are items that will last until when I am ready to begin working with my 4 month old. They also have novelty toys that you won't find elsewhere. It's definitely worth taking a look. A great place to buy gifts even if you don't intend to shop there all the time.
As the name implies, this store specializes in learning toys. In addition to having a unique selection of toys and schooling supplies, there are lots of hands on displays such as trains, marble towers, ride on toys, and car tracks. The decorations are bright and inviting to young eyes; a stark contrast to the big-box store feel of Toys R Us. It is yet another haven I have found to get my little ones out of the house when the heat hits the triple digits.
The only downside is the prices are expectedly on the high side. This is NOT a discount toy store.
