"Lots of fun on a hot day but..."
The puddle park is a great place to have the kids cool off on a hot day but their are two rules which take the fun out of things a bit. #1 Kids have to wear shoes while playing in the water. So if you plan to play, bring some flip flops or water shoes. #2. Kids have to wear shirts. I put my kids in their bathing suits and was cheerfully told my a Disney Cast Member that my son had to wear a shirt while playing in the water. I didn't want him to get his only shirt wet so that ended his water play. Next time, we will bring one of those pesky water shirts...

"No line water play!!"
I always head here when my kids get a little tired on a hot day. There are tons of water spraying gadgets that give them time to run around, get wet and cool off. On very hot summer days, I sometimes even bring bathing suits or a change of clothes as they tend to go a bit overboard on the water they play in!!
