"Fun with the Family"

Formerly farmland near the north western shore of Lake Champlain, this park offers a nature center, swimming at a sandy beach, and hiking trails through diverse habitats.

"Nice Park"

Nice park, good boat launch, no fees after Columbus Day and before Memorial Day.  Excellent for snowshoeing or skiing. Summer, beautiful hiking for a family, good picnic site and small playground.  The beach is not the greatest, the sand is packed too hard.  Beach at Cumberland Head or Ausable would be better.
