I just love the little town of Paso Robles! They have so many fun events that includes the entire family. The olive festival is one of many of their unique festivals of the year. You get to try all different sorts of olives & olive oils. Bring your baguette and enjoy this fun event!
This is a great festival to go to! There are a ton of booths where you can sample their oil, vinegar, lotions, and even ice cream! It always happens to take place on a beautiful, sunny day in Paso, right in the center of downtown, so you can do some shopping, catch a movie, and let the kids play in the park all on the same day. It can get a little crowded, and my only pet peeve is people not respecting personal space, and blocking the booth so it makes it hard for others to get in and taste. Other than that, it's a really fun event, and we always leave with our favorite olive oil!
The Paso Robles Olive Festival is so much fun! There are tons of booths set up in the downtown park. You can sample wine, olives, olive oil, and more. They even have olive oil ice cream (much tastier than it sounds)! The festival can get pretty crowded, which makes bringing a stroller difficult.
This is an annual festival each year in August and it is a lot of fun for the entire family. The adults get to taste olives, olive oil, beer and wine. Since it is held in the park, the kiddos can play on the play equipment and there are other child-friendly booths. We like it! But there are years when it is very hot. . .the only bummer about the festival.
