"Get In The Park"

Charlotte, like some other cities around the country, has a great history and present of having great parks. The times I've been with my little dudes here to Park Road Park have been great. The park has great play areas for the little dudes as well as attractions for my older teen dudes. This is only one of Charlotte's parks. No matter where you live, you're probably close to one, either a small, neighborhood park or a large, megapark, like this one and Freedom Park.

For more information and a list of activities, go to their website at http://www.parkandrec.org.

"Nice park but can be crimey"

We go here often. The only problem with this park really is that sometimes it can be a bit crimey in the evening. There is a police presence in the evening now though. I still come here all the time. During the day it's full of lots of little kids playing. The great thing about this park is that there are lots of trees and there is a separate big kids and little kids play area. This is very nice if you don't want your kids run over by anyone. On weekends you can have a party at the picnic table. So highly recommended during the day.
