"Free Outdoor Carousel"

This is a beautiful carousel in the middle of the developing Great Park in Irvine, CA.  It is beautifully crafted and includes some amazing paintings of local scenes, including orange trees and the airplanes that used to fill this area when it was a Marine Corps Base.

My kids and I loved riding the carousel as we waited for our turn to go on the Orange Balloon.  The ride was FREE.  There were NO LINES.  And we got to ride AGAIN and AGAIN.

So... maybe I shouldn't tell you how much fun we had, because then you'll want to come, you'll tell your friends, and soon, we'll have to wait in line!  Oh well... it will still be FREE and we can still WATCH THE SUNSET from our horsey ride.
