This is a great spot to stop if your kids are into sports and have a childhood dream of going to the olympics. I was obsessed with swimming when I was younger and we visited the training center when I was about 12 and I felt so inspired to push myself harder in what I loved. No, I didn't make it to the Olympics but I enjoyed my visit and the memorabilia I saw. I would say for young kids this is probably not that interesting, but if you have older kids its a nice stop for the day. Don't plan to make this an all day ordeal because its a short visit.
They offer a free one hour guided tour of the facilities. I found it to be interesting, buy my toddler was very bored. Definitely not a good stop for those with younger (energetic) kiddos. They also have a small museum with various Olympic memorabilia and a gift shop too.
