"Fun with the Family"

Despite its name, Nemacolin Castle is not a castle but the home of Jacob Bowman, who opened a trading post in Brownsville in 1786. Refurbished in 2001, it does look a little like a castle, though, with its turreted tower and battlements. You can take a guided tour of more than twenty furnished rooms. Around the holidays, Christmas candlelight tours are offered.
