Our Wine Shoppe is open year round, seven days a week from 10-5pm, with the exception of The Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day..
Pick berries during the summer into the early fall, peaches in mid summer, apples throughout the fall (named the best place to pick apples by the Boston Parents’ Paper), and be sure to bring a picnic. In the winter it’s a nice place to cross-country ski (bring your own equipment). Regardless of the season, you can take a tour of the winery, winner of national and international wine competitions. A restaurant on the premises is open Wednesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner, and Sunday for brunch (a family favorite is the annual Mother’s Day or Father’s Day brunch). An annual Harvest Festival is held the second Saturday in September. Other festivals are held throughout the year. Call for the schedule.
Better for the family festivals, but apple picking is good, too. There are plenty of orchards with fewer frills and less cost in the same area, but you can't beat their weekend festivals held many times throughout the year. Excellent restaurant for mom and dad without the kids (gourmet offerings).
