Mt. Shasta City Park

"Great Park!!"

My kids really enjoyed this park! It had swings, slides, and everything else a good park should have! The best part though, was seeing the head waters of the Sacramento River! There is also a great walking/hiking path. We enjoyed walking through the pine trees and across the river. This path was not stroller family, so if you have a stroller rider it may be time to get a baby carrier of some sort. There is a lot of open space for a nice picnic. Really though, this is a wonderful park and we really enjoyed spending time there.
