Took my child here for a reward for pulling up her grades.  They were out of half of the things we ordered for dinner.  No beer, no mushrooms, no chicken.  Tokens come with the kids meal, but only 3 of the games take tokens.  We searched for some one to buy a card from, but couldn't find anyone to help us.  Finally found three teenagers playing an arcade game, turns out they worked there.  I asked one of them if I could buy a card and he told me that they were closed.  They close at 9 and it was now 9:01.  If it hadn't taken so long to get our food and so long to find some one to help us, we'd have been fine on time.  I asked to talk to the manager and a guy from the bowling area came out.  He said that the manager often takes forever to comeout, so what did I want.  I insisted on seeing him, and finally, he came out.  Long story longer, he offered to refund the tokens as my little girl stood there and cried.  Way to go,
