My daughter loves to spend some of her afternoon here. The kid's area is great! Many activities to choose from that are hands on and interactive. After a stroll through the musuem, we head outside to feed the geese, ducks, fish and turtles. There is even an outdoor ampitheater overlooking the pond.
Since my family was visiting this area, I took my toddler kids to this museum on a rainy day. We only visited the children's exhibition. They had an awesome place for kids to explore and experience the arts. The lady who worked this area showed some art projects that my kids could do and let them try, and my kids loved this since they love art projects. They also have a nice play area for kids to build with form materials and a cozy readers corner. I highly recommend to take even smaller kids especially it's free!
