"great park"

If you want a amusement park for smaller kids this is THE place to go. It's smaller then other parks but so much fun and less time to wait for everything. The water park here is great and so much fun plus a good size. There are both huge water slides and very safe water sprayers and other things. I like to bring a lunch and go out to my car to eat. This is a lot less expensive way to have lunch. I really loved going here and the kids loved it too. It's about 30 min from Muskegon  a bigger city with other attractions and a state park.

"Michigan Adventure"

We went to Michigan Adventure as an alternative to Cedar Point in Ohio. There were positives and negatives about our experience. The rides were no where close to the caliber of rides at Cedar Point. I think it made for a little bit of disappointment. But they did have a good number of rides with very little wait! That was probably the best thing about the park. We were there on a weekend, and never waited for more than 20 minutes to get on a ride. The water park is fun too! One price gets you into both parks for the day.

"Michigan Adventure"

Michigan Adventure is a great alternative to Cedar Point.  It is definitely way less crowded which results in way fewer lines.  It doesn't have all the roller coasters of Cedar Point but there is still plenty to do.  The water park is good for just relaxing for the day.  The prices are fair as well.  Overall, a good amusement park.

"Fun for the whole family"

If you want to go to a place that's closer than Cedar Point, this is definitely the place to go! There are roller coasters and many other things to keep your family entertained. If you aren't the roller coaster type, there's a really great water park to spend a lazy summer day at, too!

"A lot of fun, but a little pricey for what it is"

Living close by, we actaully drive by Michigans Adventure regularly.  I like to keep it special, and try to go every other year.  Plus it cost a fortune!  One price gets you into the park and the water park, but I have little kids that have no desire to go on GIANT water slides.  So I feel like we pay for something we dont use. Also, they no longer let you bring in picnics, and of course the food is expensive and lacking any nutritional value.  Overall its clean and seems safe, and my kids really love that place.

"Great Day Trip"

Michigan Adventure is a great place to take kids for the day to enjoy an amusement park.  They have roller coasters, metal and wood, and water rides to enjoy.  You aren't allowed to bring food into the park, but there are many places to buy food and drinks.  You can also take a break if you packed a lunch and visit your car for some downtime.  Personally, I like the all you can eat BBQ outdoor buffet.  I check the website for specials, and sign up for the newsletter.
