"Just don't go at night!"

Memorial Park is a great park! There is a gorgeous, large pond and it is enjoyable to walk around it. There are usually geese to look at, although they don't let you feed them. In the summer they have a big fair there, and labor day weekend they have a magnificent hot air balloon festival.

"Great Place for the Kids"

My son & his little "girlfriend" go here often & absolutely love it! They are age 2 and have a blast on all the different playgrounds & love the water. Lots of trees for shade & picniks. Wonderful track to walk, jog, or run. Great for fishing too! The playground that is their favorite has sand & is pretty close to the water giving it a beach feel. The big yellow flower built for shade is pretty cool to the kids too! If you have older kids that skate there is a skate park connected as well. Plenty here to do for the entire family no matter the age.

"Lovely Park"

This is a great Colorado Springs park!  It has a skate park, lots of shade and picnic tables, a nice trail, a pond, and a large playground area.  I like to frequent this park with my kids when they're looking for something fun to do.  It's also a great park for holding events at.

"This park has it all"

Wow, what an awesome resource provided to our community by the city of Colorado Springs.  There is a gorgeous lake to fish, swim, or boat in. There is a play area. Bench swings are placed along the path around the lake. The whole park is just one of the very best, and we love hanging out here!
