"Nice facilities, awesome location"

We booked this property through TAN.  The rooms are nice, have full kitchens and washer/dryer.  The location is great in Kihei, it's within walking distance of just about everything (except a grocery).  It's also right across the street from Kamaole Beach II, which is a great, protected beach where kids can safely swim and if you go toward the fringes you can get some snorkeling in too if you swim out enough.  We would stay here again!
