Main Street in Logan has a lot to offer. There are a variety of shops and restaurants. They do a parade of homes out of ginger bread houses at Christmas time and kids trick or treat for Halloween (around the old historic shops). There are several unique places like the Blue Bird and the tabernacle. There's also the famous Cache Valley cruise inn that takes place over the 4th of July weekend. And USU always has a big homecoming parade in the fall.
Main Street in Logan Utah used to be lined with small, locally owned shops with one of a kind wares and plenty of charm. As the years have passed these small shops have made way to larger franchise shops and a much less personal experience. This may be due to the growth of teh area, but in any case, this main street no longer has the sort of stroll-along feel it once had. The traffic on this street is also unbearable, so I recommend parking on the block just west of mains treet and traversing on foot.
Main Street in Logan is a fun and quaint area to be in. From old time window shops to modernized stores...you can find it all. A retro themed McDonalds (which my kids love!) is there to serve up your lunch or maybe hit a movie instead!! All age groups will enjoy Main St as it has the shopping, eating, and history all in one. Whatever you decide...you'll find plenty to do on Main St. in Logan
Logan main street is fun to visit for parades, especially the USU homecoming parade. It's not too crowded and the children still get to enjoy the parade feel. It's also a fun place to go trick-or-treating. I love the downtown feel and a stop at the Bluebird for chocolates or a meal is always a must.
