"Madison Square Park"

Small park, great for resting and drinking a shake from the very first Shake Shack of the city located right in the park. Home to many family friendly concerts and events in the Summer, and neighbor to the famous Flat Iron building. Near lots of great eateries and shops.

"Less crowded than some"

This is a good park if you live in NYC.  It doesn't get as crowded as some of the other parks in the city.  It is in a good location if you want to go sight-seeing later as it is very near the Empire State Building and Macy's.  It is a great place to pack a lunch and picnic on the many park benches.  They also have food available for purchase.  The equipment is well maintained and safe.

"wonderful park in the twenties~"

We love this park! It is smaller than central park but a wonderful place with a unique character. There are awesome children's activities held here all year round but in the summer they have weekly music concerts and arts and crafts for kids! The playareas in this park and clean and new and just beautifully done! Another big favorite about this park is the shake shack--they have AWESOME shakes and grilled foods! A really fun place to go!
