"Ride the free kiddie train"

This FREE (donations appreciated) train runs the third Saturday and Sunday of the month. Toddlers and preschoolers would enjoy it the most, but adults can sit on the trains, too, with their little ones. Riders sit on top of the cars and the ride itself takes a little over 10+ minutes going around the park two times. My little guy enjoyed going over and under the bridge while on the train . The scenery is mostly dried grass and the back end of a golf course. There was a short line when we got there but it moved fairly quickly as there were several train cars going around at once.

There is a bathroom on site as well as a small store that sells train-related toys, trinkets and snacks like chips, candy and soda.
