What a great, imaginative place! Kids can pretend play in a grocery store, Mexican restaurant, fancy hotel, a tv station, and lots of others. What fun! They can also climb the middle sculpture (which is where my daughter hung out the most). We went after 3pm, so it was only $3. Also Friday nights are free. So take advantage of that!
Lynn Meadows Discovery Center was the best part of our family's trip to Mississippi. We have a sone whos 2 and he absolutely had the time of his life!. We didn't go until 3:00 (they discount the entry fee from 7 bucks to 3 bucks) and had two hours to spend exploring all of the "exhibits". My son loved the indoor flying carpet flight of stairs, the full service train and ticket depot, and the grocery store the best. There's not much left to do on the coast since the hurricanes blew through in 2005, but this place really makes up for it. Next time, we plan on getting there a little earlier and just paying full price so they will have more than two hours to fully explore the entire place
