"Great State Park!"

Little Buffalo State Park is near our house, so we go there a few times each year.  I am a huge fan of state parks.  They are such a great way to spend time with your family!  This park features a swimming pool, fishing, playgrounds, hiking trails, butterfly garden, and more.  It's located in a beautiful town, with great scenery.

"Nice Park"

When we stopped by here on one of our trips to Pennsylvania we had a great time picnicing.  There is lots to explore with the covered bridges, pool and the scenery it's worth a trip.  There are trails that you can follow and explore.  I heard that cross-country skiing is one of the main attractions here in the winter.

"Fun with the Family"

In Perry County, 830-acre Little Buffalo State Park has both historic and natural attractions. There’s an eighty-eight-acre lake, a swimming pool (fee charged), hiking trails, fishing, and picnic areas. But there are also a covered bridge, a working gristmill from the 1800s, an old farmhouse, and a narrow-gauge railroad trace with an original railroad car. In winter there are 7 miles of cross-country trails, a sledding and tobogganing area, and a skating area on the lake (the rest of the lake is open for ice fishing in winter). There is no camping in the park, but the park ranger can furnish names of other campgrounds in the area.
