"Fun, small zoo"
It was a nice zoo, easily viewed in an afternoon (which is about how long you'd want to be out with little ones). To me it seems a bit pricey for how small it was. But the kids had a good time, especially in the monarch building. I would say if you want an easy morning or afternoon zoo trip with the kids, this would be the place to go.

"Just Like it Says- A Great Children's Zoo"
This is a rather small zoo, but as the title suggests, it's a children's zoo, and for that it's got a lot to offer. Camels, penguins, monkeys and goats are just some of the attractions. It is just big enough for a small child to roam around without becoming too tired. There are some places near the end to grab a bite to eat, as well as a smaller playground area. They are constantly trying to improve upon their exhibits, which is nice. Boo at the Zoo, an annual fundraiser to feed the animals over the winter months, is a favorite for many. The train ride is cute and just right for little passengers.

"Fun smaller zoo"
This is a really fun "smaller" zoo in NE. There are plenty of animals and things to see and a fun train ride for kids and adults to enjoy. They have fun things at Halloween/Christmas for the kids to do and the price to get in is very reasonable. Something extra you could do for fun is pack your own lunch and enjoy a picnic with your family. Definitely check this zoo out if you are ever in Lincoln!

"Lincoln Children's Zoo"
My 2 year old and I were able to spend a day at this zoo and found plenty to explore. They have a small train that circles the park but the zoo is so small to get your money's worth you circle the park twice...on the same course. For a child that doesn't matter but I was a little bothered by the cost of riding the train and then the short and repetitive ride. There were classes visiting the same day as we were there and fairly aggresively pushed us out of the way during the seal feeding show although we were there early. The exibits were nothing special but still a good experience overall.
