"Fun with the Family"

Sanibel’s beaches are maintained in a natural, low-impact state, meaning little deveopment and facilities. This one is the most family accommodating with its nature trail, fishing pier, and historic site—the circa-1884 Sanibel lighthouse. The beach wraps around the island’s south end to front both the Gulf and bay. Swimming is treacheous near the pass.
