The Leonis Adobe Ranch is a historical representation of California ranch life of the late 1800s. You can visit a Victorian-style early Los Angeles home... see what a jail was like in the Wild West... enjoy a picnic in picturesque Calabasas Creek Park with its antique ironwork and lovely gardens. In the summertime, they've got games, music, story time, crafts, and tortilla making for kids, every Tuesday (early July - mid-August) from 9:30am - 11:30am.

"A taste of the old west"

Lots of elementary children visit throughout the week to see how they lived in the old west.  There are farm animals, a small farm. a blacksmith workplace, and an old house along with all the old furnishings.  Sometimes they will give out handmade tortillas.  Good for a visit to see how they used to live, and wonderful to hear old stories of people who lived here centuries ago.
