This easy, flat trail is hard packed with a boardwalk bridge, and meanders through a meadow (crossing a stream with baby trout), a pine forest, and ends up at Nevada Beach. This is great nature viewing a stone's throw from Stateline's casinos. It is used frequently for dog walking, and several bicyclists passed us, but the entire time we mostly felt we had the place to ourselves. Easily strollerable (at least up to the beach). There are rest rooms at the beach. (You could easily park at Nevada beach and walk to the casinos instead.) There are some less-civilized trails going off to the sides at various points; we didn't investigate them but they looked interesting - perhaps doing a spur around some rock formations. There are several benches along the path and many facing the lake on the beach.
