"Big & Nice Park"

This parks certainly nothing to write home about, but it definitely has its perks. There's lots of fields to run about in and would probably be good for some kite flying on a semi-windy day. There's a lake with some ducks and geese that love to be fed, and will sometimes be aggressive about it. There's a small playground, some volleyball sand courts, and a few restroom buildings. There's also some nice hiking trails near the ends of the roads.

"Not my favorite park..."

I don't love this place.  The fun part about it is there are lots of ducks that run around that you can feed, but other than that there really is not much to offer.  The kids cannot go in the water, however if you have a small fishing boat that would work.  You could also kayak on it if you wanted.

"Laguna Lake is a great place to play!"

We really enjoy spending the afternoon at Laguna Lake. There are 2 playgrounds for the kids to play on and plenty of open space to run around. Ultimate Frisbee is always fun! Bring a bag of bread crumbs to feed the ducks and geese and you are guaranteed a great day :-)

"Fun with kids or dogs"

Laguna Lake park is one of the biggest open spaces in SLO and is fun for kids or for dogs.  The playground is nothing special but fun.  There are ducks & geese to feed.  The best part are all the trails you can hike on.  Most of them are easy to moderate difficulty so even the littlest hikers should have no problem.  In spring there are lots of wildflowers along the trails.  For dog-owners, there is a nice dog park to take your dog to play.

"Fun park"

Laguna Lake Park in San Luis Obispo is a really cute park.  There is a small lake with lots of ducks and geese.  We enjoy bringing a bag of bread crumbs to feed the ducks.  But watch out for the geese, they can be mean!  The playground area is fun for the kids too.

"Fun Park, Great Small Lake!"

We like to take our remote control boats and race each other on the lake.  Then, we have a picnic lunch at the park and play on the playground.  We also go across the way (stay in your car though) and feed the geese.  The geese are really mean and will peck at your kids.  There are also lots of walking trails and their are bathrooms.  :)

"Big park with lot's to do"

Laguna Lake Park has so much to do.  My 18 month old likes to watch me feed the ducks.  He doesn't like to do it quite yet.  He loves to run around on all of the grass and play on the playground.  They have a toddler playground too which is separated from the regual playground.  It's always clean and a nice place to go.
