I took my daughter to play here, walked in and the first thought that came to my mind was how on earth do they clean everything. There are so many stuffed animals (germ magnets), little toys, plus the place is enormous, almost too big, and I didn't see a ton of staffing. Due to it's size, I had to tail my preschooler around in order to keep her in my line of sight which wasn't all that fun for me. There were older kids zooming around on wheeled toys and she almost got run over several times. We went on a weekday afternoon and I would say there were a lot of people there.
A few days later she caught a horrible cold. That of course, could be a coincidence but I'm not so sure.
On a positive note, kids love it. My daughter thought it was great. I did not see a single kid that wasn't having a good time. There is also a little snack bar area and seating for adults.
It's a socks only place which is pretty normal for a play gym around here.
