A stunning stretch of sandy beach littered with magnificent haystacks and pristine tide pools especially at Ruby Beach. Great place for bird watching.

"Wonderful !!"

WE loved it here. You can walk for miles. The cabins are very nice and comfortable. I cooked all our meals here. The housekeeping was very good and you get a bundle of wood every day. ( Get your groceries in Forks at Thriftway.) Don't miss the tidal pools when the tide is out. We saw huge starfish and sea anemone. You may even find sand dollars as you walk along the beaches. The beaches are pretty secluded and private. ( We went in mid-September.)

"LOVE this place~!"

We frequently stay at Kalaloch Lodge, and love the place!  They have a lot of area, not just on the beach, but up on the bluff! We played kickball there one year, and were not cramped at all! I can't speak for the amenities in the actual lodge, because we always stay in the cabins.  They are averagely furnished, but have plenty of firewood.  One of our all time favorite vacation spots!
There are a lot of areas for the kids to explore, the woods, the beach, etc.  It is very kid friendly, but also could be a romantic retreat as well!
A very family friendly place.  You can camp, you can rv it, you can stay in the lodge, you can stay in the cabins.  My kids always loved to just explore on the beach.
