For 17 days each August, the Indiana State Fair is a bustling, busy place. The activities are endless, and entertaining. I don't recommend trying to take a stroller with young children on the weekends, as the crowds can be very restricting, but during the week it's much less crowded and very family friendly. There are almost endless food vendor choices, and many, many things to see. We love the pioneer village, and the animal nursery most.
