add photosA replica of Independence Hall stands in a beautiful park across the street from Knott's Berry Farm. It was built by Walter Knott in 1966 and is detailed in its copy of the original. A replica of the Liberty Bell stands inside as well.
A reenactment of the signing of the Declaration of Independence in the Hall of Congress is available for visitors. Gift shop also available.

"Fun learning"
Don't miss this historic spot located right next to Knott's Berry Farm. My kids were amazed at the beauty of this building, it's brick work and the enormous Liberty Bell. They were intrigued by the audio presentation of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and they seemed to make the connection to what they had been learning and reading in history. I loved all the fun souvineers in the gift shop and just had to buy my own copy of the famous documents and some other trinkets.
We went on a Saturday and there was hardly anyone there but us. It was beautiful.
I almost forgot... my kids also loved watching the chickens strutting their stuff on the grounds around the Hall.
