"They should stay competitive"

This Museum is a much smaller version of INK in Gainesville and Imagine It! in Atlanta.  IMO not worth the $8 for 1 & over (shoud be over 2).  They also are not SAHM group friendly.  In this economic times, they offer no type of discount if you come during the week.  I would much rather drive to the other Museums for a friendlier economic attitude.  Both INK & Imagine It! offer discounts.

"A scaled down version of the Children's Museum"

Imaginations at Play is quite a ways outside of Metro Atlanta...which is wonderful for all of us suburban moms!  The play space has brought a scaled down version of the Children's Museum to the 'burbs!

Complete with several unique stations for the children to experience, the kids will be entertained for hours.  We had fun playing with the water table, the grocery store, dress up, tv programing, musical tree....

One downside that I did find is that there is not a cafeteria or food service at this venue.  Not a problem if you are prepared. There are picnic tables to enjoy your brown bag lunch.

Bottom line - we spent at least three hours there and the kids were exhausted when we left!  Mission accomplished!

"my "happy" place"

Imaginations at Play is our favorite place to go when we are visting my hubbys fam! My son loves everything about this place! There's the musical tree house, the big backyard, the grocers store, rub-a-dub tub (my sons favorite!), the veterinarian clinic and much more! Kids over 1 are $9.00 (its good for all day, you can leave and come back with a stamped hand!) so you can go eat lunch, nap and then return later!

"Childhood fun"

A large indoor play center for the kiddos.  Interactive play areas set up all around encouraging children (and parents too) to use their imaginations.  Play area themes include a grocery store, a green-screen to be a movie star, a music tree, a water/bubble table, a train table, a moon-sand table, a vet clinic, a kitchen/grill, painting easels, and an infant area.  There are so many things to do to keep your children occupied for hours.  Great place to go to entertain your kids out of the heat of summer.  You can bring your lunch in or go out to lunch and come back to play some more.
