We love this park because it's only about 2 blocks from our apartment. However, the playground is definitely limited to a small play structure with a very old slide that has those rolling pieces so kids don't really get to slide down quickly at all and a swing set. However, what I love about this park is that the playground is filled with sand, so my toddler who absolutely loves playing in the sand is perfectly content to stay there for 2 hours plus, rotating between the swing, play struture and playing in the sand. There are grassy areas, but people usually take their dogs there to play so I am not fond of the idea of putting down a blanket for my son to have a picnic or for him to run around barefoot on the grass. The park also tends to get quite chilly and windy being on top of the hill. All in all, it's decent place to go and because it's such a small park and not that known, it usually doesn't get too crowded.
