"Bouncy Fun in Crissy Field"

This super clean, bright and airy indoor trampoline park is housed in an old Presidio airplane hanger, just under the Golden Gate Bridge.

Parents and kids ages 4+ will both have a blast jumping and flipping around for an hour.  You will sweat, but there are locker rooms to change.  It is a fabulous workout!

Women of a certain age would be wise to bring some er, panty protection, however, as all that jumping and jostling can cause unwanted leakage.  There are maxi pads available in the bathrooms, but it would be a good idea to bring your own supply just in case.

After your jump time (reserved in 1 hour increments.  Book in advance on the weekends because it gets busy), you can get treats and drinks at the cafe, or stroll down the the Crissy Field Warming Hut for a snack.
