"Yummy Adventure"

This was always a favorite growing up when my mom would pack me and my sisters in the car and just get out of Portland for the day.  We would head up and do the loop and hit every farm.  I am know able to share the experience with my children.

It is a fun adventure were you get to visit various farms with different products.  Your kids get to sample at the farms till they get sick.  Buying local and supporting local farmers also means cheaper fruit and vegetables.   Can't recall the name of one farm but when you see the sign for Huckleberry ice cream turn right into that place.  The ice cream is the best

This is a good driving tour for all kids that are old enough to eat and play with animals.  The farms usually have a petting zoo area that always gets my kids distracted.  Great day adventure for everyone.
