Holiday Activity - See the Reindeer at Swansons

"Where else can you see a live Reindeer?"

Where else can you see a live reindeer up close and personal??? Swanson's has them!  http://www.swansonsnursery.com/ During the holiday season they bring the reindeer out and have them in a pen for visitors to see.  They feed them twice a day and it gets a little crowded during this time so be sure to get your spot up close!  They also have a weekend where they have a more "tame" reindeer come to take pictures with people.  So cute for holiday cards! 
Santa roams around at different times of day and there is an elaborate model train set for kids to check out too. 
There is a nice gift shop and good restaurant here with huge koi to feed.  We ate breakfast here - it was great and the kids liked it.  If you aren't from the area they will ship a little of the Northwest home for you.
