This is an okay mall. They have had alot of stores move out like the gap and old navy. They have a nice little play structure for the kids to play donated by 1 of the local hospitals. There play structure is good for kids 5 and under there really isnt things for the older kids to do. Going to the pretzel twister is a must i love their pretzels with pizza sauce and cheese My 2 favorite things are eating at the pretzel twister and going to mrs. fields. You can usually get some good deals at Aeropostale jc penny and kohls here is the website for the mall. I ususally get better deals at the mall in champaign or springfield on the exact same item http://www.hickorypoint.com/shop/hickorypoint.nsf/index
This mall is a dying mall in the economic downturn. The bright spots are a nice, under-age-five foam play area, adjacent to some of the restaurants, and the best BBQ restaurant in town. The anchor stores are Van Maur, Sears, JCPennys, and Kohl's. There's an Old Navy store, but no Gap.
