I hope these church people won't mind me sharing their private playground. We've visited a few times, and they don't seem to mind. We love it! There's a great playset, including a smaller section for toddlers, a hill the kids love to roll down, picnic tables, a gazebo, and a climbing rock that my husband, son, and nephews were very excited about hauling their picnic lunches to the top of to enjoy. I'm not trying to slam middle Georgia when I say that their park situation is abysmal, but their park situation is abysmal. Except for this one! Leave it to church people, I guess.
We love to take our group of anywhere from 3-9 kids to this playground. It's a part of the church right next door, but nobody ever seems to mind if we play there. It has an extensive playset with swings, slides and climbing options. There is a new climbing rock that the kids absolutely love. They've recently added a gazebo and several picnic tables for adults. There's also a short system of nature trails right behind the playground. It's the perfect playground.
Oh, as of right now, there is no equipment for teeny tiny children. My 18 month niece can navigate some of the slides and ladders with help. There is also one toddler swing.
